The AlcoSense™'s revolutionary
design features in built air flow sensors. If you blow too hard or too softly
the system displays Error on the screen and
allows you to re-take the test. All you need to
do is keep blowing through the AlcoSense™ for
about 5 seconds until it beeps to tell you to
stop.
Dual Display
The
AlcoSense™ unit shows your level of intoxication
in either mg/l (micro-grams per litre of blood)
or BAC, selectable by the user.
If your level is below 0.20 BAC (One quarter of the UK limit) the AlcoSense displays "LO". Between 0.20 and 1.50 it shows your reading in increments of 0.01, and above 1.50 it displays "HI" - see the screen shots below:
