*Limitations and Exclusions
Warranty excludes accidental or malicious damage or failures caused through misuse (for example smoke exhaled into the unit or mouth alcohol saturation of the sensor). Never test an individual within 20 minutes of their having been smoking or consuming alcohol. Warranty does not cover normal calibration and servicing. In commercial applications it is recommended that the unit be calibrated every 500 tests or 6 months (whichever the sooner) however minimum service interval for warranty validation is 500 tests or 12 months. Failure to have the unit calibrated inline with the minimum service schedule will invalidate the warranty. Replacement units cannot be provided while repairs are undertaken however we will endeavour to ensure repairs are normally completed within 7-10 working days. The decision to repair or replace a device is exclusively ours and is non-negotiable. An on-site or collection service is not provided; shipping costs are not covered by the warranty and the device must be returned to us for repairs or assessment as required. Accessories and consumables (mouthpieces, batteries, case, strap etc) are not covered by this warranty.
