I found your website easy to use.  I looked at a number of sites after a Google search.  Your site seemed to give a good comparison between the different machines available and also a fair amount of information about them.  It’s a subject I don’t have much technical knowledge on and the information was easy to understand.   I didn’t speak to anyone as there seemed to be enough info for me on the website. It appears to be a professionally designed site and gave confidence that it was reliable operation.

Found web site through the Goggle search engine. Ordered over the phone, the only reason was that I don't have web access myself.  Ordering over phone was ok and was met in a polite manner, also helpful

After I had decided that I wanted a Breath kit as it is a safe thing to have, we all like to go out at the weekend and we then need to drive the next day, but when is it safe to do so, Like most people I can not afford to lose my licence, and should it mean that I have to stay at home or walk then that is what I will do, So how did I get to use your Company, a quick Google (Breath test) and I had many sites to look at but in the end your site looked to be one of the best, and it had information to hand, the price was about the same, but the big thing for me and the one that sold it, was I was able to place my order and pay by cheque.

My thoughts on the website were that it was very informative of each product. I also liked the layout and how you split it into different categories for different uses. It made it very simple to find what I was looking for and at a good price too.

I did not need to use the sales team so have no comments regarding them but I have received emails from the site and they came through quite quick compared to other online purchasing websites!
