As I made an error when ordering I thought I
should use this feedback link!
Can I suggest
that during the ordering process you enhance the
pay by cheque page. When I first used it I was
expecting to see a link to print out my invoice
- in my rushed way my eyes were drawn to the
continue button and I missed the small hyperlink
for the print option. Could this also be a large
visual button?? The continue button could also
be relabelled 'finish' as that is, in effect
what you are doing. It may have made me realise
that I had missed out a step.
Hope this
feedback proves helpful - I don't usually like
being negative - I found everything else easy to
navigate .
